How We Work
All me does not hire traditional employees. Instead, we operate through retainer‑based contracts managed by Me Social Limited, our operations company based in Edinburgh.
These retainers include non‑compete clauses designed to protect the integrity of the All me ecosystem — but they are intentionally structured to ensure that people can:

- pursue their own ideas, ventures, and creative projects
- maintain full professional independence
This model reflects our belief that people do their best work when they are trusted, respected, and free from restrictive employment structures.

Joining the Team
When recruitment begins, retainer‑based roles will be offered without predefined task lists or fixed capability requirements. Instead, people will join the All me ecosystem as independent contributors, shaping their own work according to what the platform needs at any given time.
All onboarding and fee processing will be managed through Me Social Limited, our contracted operations company in Edinburgh.
As retained workers, individuals will self‑direct their efforts, choosing where they can create the greatest value. Contribution will be assessed through impact on the platform and collaboration with colleagues, rather than traditional job descriptions or hierarchical management structures. This approach supports autonomy while ensuring that everyone’s work strengthens the All me ecosystem.
